We have Expedition’s and Retreats across Scotland, from East to West to North and South.
We are proud to be entering into our 5th year of running retreats and expeditions across Scotland.

Do you have an adventure you have been looking at for a while, but don’t know where to start? Or you feel ready to take on the challenge but want the added reassurance of having a guide by your side!
We can offer our expertise and plan your adventure for you, we are able to provide all equipment (if needed) including all camping equipment, sup equipment, toileting advice, food preparation and dehydrated meals, cooking equipment and water/water purification.
Our expedition team hold the Water Skills Academy expedition guide award, one of the highest stand up paddle board awards in the UK!
We operate on a 1:4 ratio and for bespoke trips a full booking of 4 must be made.

Sup Expeditions
SUP Expeditions 2024.
Regardless of what style trip your choosing, from supported trips to unsupported, you will be immersed into nature, from paddling vast open water lochs, meandering white water rivers or stunning coastal lochs our expeditions have it all. Sleeping under the stars in your own personal hammock, learning the skills needed to take on your own adventure.
Unsupported trip - we take everything with us and we bring everything back out again. A true adventure/expedition.
Supported trip - we have a land team follow us along with SUP Bus, a chef that takes care of breakfast, lunch and evening meal. Meaning a slightly more luxurious way to expedition!
Great Glen 4 day Supported expedition. 4 day tour of the great glen, taking in the beautiful Loch Lochy with views up to Ben Nevis, the tranquil Loch Oich the calmest loch on the glen with castles and history, the monster that is LOCH NESS, 26km of vast open water. Maximum 6 people.
Great Glen 5 day unsupported expedition. Starting at Neptunes staircase in Fort William and aiming to finish in Inverness. This is the true expedition style way to complete the Great Glen SUP trail. Maximum 4 people.
Great Glen 5 day white water supported expedition. Taking the Great Glen to new levels. Completing the three main lochs and white water rivers. Lochy, Oich and Ness. This trip is supported with SUP Bus and complete with chef.
Loch Shiel 4 day unsupported expedition. One of our newest trips. A four day expedition into the wilds of the west coast of Scotland. Maximum of 4 people.
Loch Maree 3 day unsupported expedition. (Coming Soon!)
River Spey 4 day white water unsupported expedition. Four days of white water action down the famous whisky river the Spey. Maximum group size 6.

Sup Retreats
West Coast Sup N Stay
This Long weekend retreat will immerse you in stunning dramatic scenery, with beautiful lochs and coastline to explore, plus a rare chance to escape reality in our no wifi & no tv accommodation.
Our retreats are personal, rewarding and extremely relaxing. Grab some friends and come and spend a weekend like no other, in our self catering accommodation and sup touring on the West Coast of Scotland.
PRICE IS FOR UP TO 6 PEOPLE FOR THIS WEEKEND RETREAT!
Price before end of December 2023 - £1600, deposit of £900 with remaining balance to be paid 3 weeks prior to event

New - West Coast Loch Hopper 5 day supported trip, staying in Roam West accommodation, bar and restaurant. This is a 5 day trip complete with SUP BUS visiting five of the best lochs on the West Coast of Scotland in the outdoor capital of the UK. This is a new trip for 2024 and set to be a new highlight. Combining all our knowledge of the area, paddling destinations and collaborations. This is a trip not to be missed. Accommodation twin room with en-suite, breakfast, packed lunch and 2 course meal, (alcohol not included) transfers including pick up at Glasgow Airport (if needed), plus guiding and all equipment provided. Maximum 8 people.
New - The Grand Trossachs Loch Tour, the birthplace of Scottish tourism. 4 days 3 nights camping (campsite) and paddling 4 of the most beautiful Lochs in the Trossachs National Park. Catered for supported trip with transfers including pick up from Glasgow airport.

West Coast Sup N Stay

Weekend Itinerary
Arriving at our cottage on the Friday for around 5pm. You will be greeted with a complimentary drink and welcome chat before settling in to the cottage for the evening.
Saturday
A morning briefing at 9.30am, where we will discuss options for the day before departing for our first paddle. Paddle locations will be dependant on weather and groups ability. We will aim to be back to the cottage for around 4.30pm.
Sunday
Morning brief is at 10am, we will discuss options before setting off. This days paddling is a smaller day, aiming to be back to the cottage for around 3.30pm. When we arrive back to cottage, we will need to do a quick clean up, pack before departing home.
